Marvel Studios has officially retitled Thunderbolts* as The New Avengers. The studio made the announcement on social media Monday with a change to the title on the film’s poster.
Nothing says this film is doing well like changing the title after months of advertisement campaigns.
Fortunately I’m not invested in the MCU as much as I once was. Probably worth chucking the spoiler in some spoiler tags though?
