With all the “news stories” on the “controversy” surrounding this movie, I figured it was all manufactured drama to get people talking about it enough to watch it. If that’s true it’s a damn shame this is where we are in pop culture that even genocide is being used as a box office draw.

It could’ve lost about 20-30 minutes of runtime and been fine.

I slogged through Poor Things just to say I finished it. It was a spite watch.
Mmm I don’t know; while I thought Tenet as a whole was overwrought the Opera sequence was an amazingly tight bit of storytelling.
Yeah, I really liked the writing style. It was as slick as Mann’s first movie. Grab it and give it a read, you probably won’t be disappointed.
