How about reasonable prices on snacks? Why is a 12oz can of soda $10? They’re literally just $1 from the vending machine next door. Ticket prices are pretty reasonable (though, on the rare occasion I go out, I almost always go to the cheaper matinee showings in the early afternoons), but the food prices are fucked.

This isn’t the same movie as the Wile E. Coyote movie they supposedly filmed, edited and basically have ready to release but decided to not release, is it?

Making a video game movie and starting the first one off with “2” in the title would be a very video game thing to do.

Street Fighter definitely could have used the opportunity. It’s one of those games that most people learned about from the second in the series and not the original game.

I really hope Blomkamp takes the satirical approach and isn’t like “I wanna make a Starship Troopers movie that is much more like the book.”

I can’t even get past the fact that the stories and dialogue in most movies these days are dull, flat, and lifeless to even have noticed the visuals are also becoming shit. Everything made for profit will eventually become homogeneous garbage as it tries to capture the attention of the lowest common denominator.

Remove Savage and all the other characters, and just have Falk tell the audience the story without any kind of “imaginary” scenes. It’s just Peter Falk talking into a camera. Preferably wearing Columbo’s signature trench coat.

I don’t really get the hype for Citizen Kane.

Though, I kinda think it might be because growing up, this movie was spoiled in almost every cartoon I ever saw (“Rosebud” was the punchline of so many jokes) and maybe not knowing the ending would have made it better. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Every Marvel hero I like has died and come back multiple times. Why should Black Widow be any different? It doesn’t make them less of a hero. It doesn’t diminish their sacrifice. It just allows the character to continue being loved in new stories.

I just want the OG Lego Creator made with modern graphics, controls and QOL improvements. Just let me build with virtual Legos, and set up minimal scripts to animate scenes. You don’t even have to have a game in there.
