Nah no need to fear, US would intentionally not use any of them just to own the libs. If they won’t copy good city building, there’s nothing to fear.

the article posted yesterday mentioned a lot of these requests are only made once per IP address, the botnet is absolutely huge.

Likely not going to be perfect enforcement, just harsh punishment to those caught violating it as a deterrent.
